At the Wet Market with Mother

My mother visits JB in Malaysia every few weeks to do her grocery shopping and once in a while, I go along to help her carry stuff. She cooks for our large family and at 75, Mom needs some help with the heavy stuff.

This is a photo series I shot with my iPhone 7 Plus and the new Moment 2.0 lens series. I used the new Moment Wide and Moment Tele lenses.

Besides visiting the wet market, mother and I also go to the Giant supermarket in Malaysia, visit her tailor and optician, pick up dry cleaning, wash her car, and of course, like every good Singaporean, top up petrol before we drive home.

Malaysian wet markets are somewhat…grittier than Singapore's, but I love the experience and I love their hawker food too. So I never tire of accompanying Mom there.
